A 7-day deep dive journey that explores Tantra and Ayahuasca in the heart of the Brazilian rainforest.

Tantra is an ancient lineage from the East. It is a way of being that invites us into saying "Yes" to life, into accepting all parts of our selves and others. It offers a pathway to spirituality through the body rather than through transcending the body. It teaches us to be present to each moment as it is, through feeling our emotions, observing our thoughts, tuning into physical sensations. It calls us home to ourselves, for Divinity lies within.

Ayahuasca is a sacred plant medicine from the Amazon Rainforest. It has been used for centuries to access alternate states of consciousness, from where we can become aware of our psychological patterns, heal past traumas, and come into direct experience with the very essence of our beings.. love.. God.. existence.

This retreat will combine these 2 ancient traditions in a contemporary and accessible way. We will explore various practices, both with and without medicine, to connect deeply to our inner nature.

There may or may not be nudity. There definitely won’t be on the strong ceremony days. You are invited to tune in and honour what is right for you in any moment.

Some days we will explore various tantric, embodiment and meditative practices without the use of medicine. Some days will be strong, deep ceremony days (probably 2). And some days we will work with light doses of the medicine whilst exploring different practices, to make use of the medicine's potential to deepen inner connection and presence.

AYAHUASCA

Learning to honour yourself, your history and pains, creating a space inside where you can trust life and your own natural flow. 

Living in the simplicity of being yourself and from there experience deep connections with friends, heart to heart. 

Knowing the rhythm of your heart, the dance between aloneness and togetherness.

Recognise and set your boundaries. 

In between the ceremonies you have time to rest, enjoy nature, swim in a multitude of natural pools and waterfalls, and receive your massage (one massage included).
