This confirms your registration and holds your spot for the upcoming retreat. In the case that there are issues in the participant’s application form, we reserve the right to cancel the registration and we will issue a full refund of the deposit back to the applicant within 14 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

If a participant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the following terms shall apply:  

Above 60 days prior to the retreat, you shall receive a refund of the deposit minus a US$ 50 admin fee. 

Within 60 days of the retreat, we retain the deposit unless we are able to fill your spot. In this case, we shall refund the deposit minus a US$ 50 admin fee.
